Last week when hubby was out I made myself some chicken nuggets and oven baked green beans. They are delish and very easy to make.

Nuggets recipe for 2 people :

You need 2 chicken filets, 2 eggs ( I only use the egg whites ), parmesan cheese and almond flour. You cut the chicken filets into small pieces, moist them in the egg whites and mix them in the parmesan cheese and almond flour before frying them on medium heat until browned and cooked through. And for the baked green beans you need:

However many green beans you want (!) olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Just marinate the green beans in all the goodies and bake them in the oven for about 20 min in 200 degrees Celsius or until they start to brown.

They are good on their own, especially the green beans but, choose your favorite dips as that just adds to the fun of eating them! 😀 As an example I had hot wing sauce, a little mayo and mustard. Whatever tickles your fancy, dip em in it ! ;-D
